A high temperature alloy split-sheath with a unique ability to expand for maximum heat transfer.
A continuous nickel-chromium resistor element. No cold spots or cold ends, as found in conventional cartridge heaters.
Magnesium oxide electrical insulation of the highest possible density - 96% of theoretical.
Lead connections welded to the resistor, exiting through continuous insulation that can be bent sharply at the heater without exposing the conductors.
